Made to feel, not to impress.

Aurora Soulwear is clothing for real life.

For quiet mornings, slow afternoons, evenings when what you wear matters more on the inside than on the outside.

This isn't a brand for being seen.

It's a brand for coming back to yourself.

Who it's for

For women and men who are tired of dressing for other people.

Who want pieces that last, that mean something, that say what they need to say without having to shout.

For anyone who has bought clothes they never wore.

For anyone who has felt like a stranger inside their own wardrobe.

For anyone learning to choose less, and better.

Behind the brand

I'm Rita Costa, graphic designer and founder.

I started Aurora Soulwear in Portugal, after years working in design and feeling the pull to make something that came more from me than from a brief.

I started with the materials.

Organic cotton, recycled fibres.

I wanted pieces I could wear every day without thinking twice for the comfort, for the materials, for the awareness of what they leave behind.

The brand is run entirely by me. I do the design, the site, the writing, the photography. I'm the model in the pieces. It's small on purpose.

How I make it

Made to feel, not to impress and made with intention.

Every Aurora Soulwear piece is made only after you order it. No overstock, no warehouses full of unworn clothes.

Worldwide, 21% of textiles produced are never sold and end up in landfill.

We chose the opposite path: on-demand production through our partner Printful.

Zero collections ending up in sales bins or landfill.

It's the most radical form of slow fashion I know.

It takes a little longer to reach you, yes.

Seven to ten working days instead of two.

That's the time it takes to make a piece that didn't exist in the world until you wanted it.

The materials

We work with organic cotton grown without synthetic pesticides, using less water and protecting the soil and recycled polyester, giving new life to plastic that would otherwise be waste. Our eco pieces contain a minimum of 70% organic or recycled materials, backed by independent certifications.

The proof: Our fabrics are certified by recognised standards: GOTS (organic textiles, with environmental and social criteria), GRS (recycled materials traced end to end) and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (free from harmful substances, safe on your skin).

The origin: Your orders are generally produced and shipped within Europe in Barcelona or Riga. Fewer journeys, lower footprint.

The packaging: Shipped in post-consumer recycled plastic.

The tree

Every order plants a tree, through our partnership with One Tree Planted.

Not a symbolic gesture, a structural commitment.

Every piece I sell leaves the world with one more tree than it had before.

In the end

Aurora Soulwear isn't a brand made to transform you.

It's a brand made to keep you company. For the days when you just want to feel good. For the days when you just want to be yourself.

Clothing with calm. Clothing with soul. Made with truth.

Made to feel, not to impress.
