Refund policy

All Aurora Soulwear pieces are made to order (print-on-demand) by Printful - each item is produced the moment you place your order.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.

The 14-day period starts the day you receive your order. To exercise it, simply tell us your decision at hello@aurorasoulwear.com within that period, identifying your order.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags intact.

  • After telling us your decision, you have 14 days to send the item back.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund: once we receive and check the item, we will refund the price of the item(s) and any standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item before processing the refund.

Swimwear and intimate items (hygiene)

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate items can only be returned if unused and with the hygiene seal/liner intact. Items without this protection or showing signs of use cannot be accepted.

Personalised items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request (for example, with text or an image chosen by you), under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Faulty, wrong or damaged items

If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, contact us at hello@aurorasoulwear.com with photos within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Undelivered or refused orders

If an order cannot be delivered, is refused, or is returned due to an insufficient address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Cancellations

As each item is produced immediately by Printful, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies after delivery, as described above.
