How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made only after you order it. Nothing sits in storage waiting to be wanted. Production starts when you choose, which means a few extra days of waiting and zero overproduction.

Most orders take:

7–10 business days for production;

Plus the following estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where is my order shipped from?
From the fulfillment center closest to you.
Our partner operates in Europe (UK, Latvia) and the USA so you get your order faster, with lower emissions.

Will I be charged customs?
If you’re outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply.
These are determined by your country and are your responsibility.
We recommend checking your local customs office if you’re unsure.

ORDER ISSUES

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First, double-check:

  • Your confirmation email (is the address correct?)
  • Your local post office or pick-up point
  • If a neighbour accepted the package for you

How are your pieces made?
Every piece is made only after you order it, printed, cut where needed, and packed at the European fulfilment centre closest to you, mainly in Latvia. No stock. No leftovers. No collections ending up in landfill. The most radical form of slow fashion I know.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Email us within 30 days at hello@aurorasoulwear.com
Include your order number + photos, and we’ll fix it right away.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we make each piece on demand, we don’t offer standard returns or size exchanges.
But if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
If you received a mislabelled item, let us know within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace it or refund it.

Do you offer refunds?
Only for damaged or incorrect items.
